I need help...

Can someone please explain to me how to upload a photo like so many others have that shows up under their names!
I can't get it to work!

You need a picture with max. 140x140 pix.
Then you can add it as avatar to your profile:

Follow these steps:
My Account (on the right top of the message board) - Avatars - Add Avatar - Add - Clubs signatures and avatars - Select avatar - Update
