Your abandoned official site

Maybe this isn't the place to ask this since you (nor the administrators) don't come here anymore. Maybe not even a reason to ask since the answer looks obvious. This, your official website, has been abandoned. Should we take this as the sign that you no longer have a professional career? It's embarrassing that the home page has not been updated since last summer, and that it still has up how you are "excited" about the Biggest Loser. You quit/was let go after one season. Maybe time to take that blog entry down now? This being your "official site" it makes you look like a loser to have such an outdated site. Take it down, or update it.

No updates at all it's kind of sad.

Administrators are still here. Anna will never be a "loser" and there may be personal reasons as to why she has not visited the site in some time but to outright say take it down or update it I think is getting a little personal and harsh. Just my opinion, sad for fans but just maybe a reason?

With all respect to you, mikeryanadam, I thought you were a moderator, not an administrator? I don't see signs of administrators here. If they are still here, why are we not given more updates and why does the home page look abandoned? I was disappointed that when Anna was on Biggest Loser, no new look was ever given to the site or any updates about her involvement on that show. It should have been reflected hugely on this site that she was a trainer with the show. But all we got was that one blog note from her. It's like they knew already that she wouldn't last on there, so they didn't bother. And at this time the site looks like something that belongs to a "loser" (not saying she is one, only saying the site looks like it), because it has old "Blogs" and "Status" up there. And the pictures on the home page are ancient, from the K-Swiss days. It should be cleaned up and at least get rid of the ridiculously outdated blog and status.

As for being "personal and harsh", it's hard not being frustrated. I had big hopes for Anna on Biggest Loser, it was a great opportunity for her. Her reason that she quit because she didn't "like the cameras" sounded ridiculous. Am I the only one frustrated?

I think I agree, there are a lot 'celebs' who were hugely more involved in their 'jobs' and shared a lot more time with their fans, at least telling a sentence on Twitter. As long I follow this site, this has been the most boring period I've seen for now.

I also think that it is really time for Anna to make kind of a statement here. We need new updates. But do you remember the time before the site-relaunched in May 2008? Facts were YEARS outdated and suddenly everything changed and was - at least for more than 1 year - really great at kournikova.com.
So I guess there will be some updates in the future. Hopefully...

I am a moderator, not an administrator and was not implying myself. Most administration is done in moderator's forum. Yes, that has been sparse lately as well. I understand what you are saying but also ask you to try and understand there may be more than we know? Many times we do not know of large changes and such until just before you do. I know she was wonderful in the past with her interaction and let's keep hoping that she comes back and this changes for the good, starts answering questions again and updating blogs. We all wish to know what is new and such but being here since "01" I have learned to be patient. In writing this I am also reading what michaelb has written and basically what I am saying, that maybe something big is about to happen and for the good of the community I would hope. It has been quiet for a long time, I agree but still look to the future as Anna may be doing as well?

Like michaelb stated, we have gone periods of almost years before she updated at times before.

Who knows what the motivation is for her to update this site is from time to time very frequently, then take a year off, it's just what previous history has shown.
