Anna Kournikova wearing Gucci sandals at the 2009 Destination Fashion Show.

This style is called “Iman” and is from the Gucci spring/summer 2009 collection.

The sandals feature black leather, cutouts and gold tone hardware, adjustable triple ankle straps with buckle, leather lining and sole, and a 4 1/12” high heel.
